For Banks, NBFCs & Financial Institutions

Co-lend to MSMEs on digital platforms across India, through one partner.

Reaching MSMEs on digital platforms usually means a separate tie-up and integration with each one. With GLAAS, it's one co-lending relationship. You fund your agreed share of each loan, and we source and underwrite the borrowers, then service every loan through to repayment.

What is co-lending with GLAAS?

GLAAS sources and underwrites the borrowers, and loans that meet the credit criteria agreed with you come into your book. It also handles KYC, and services each loan through to collections. GLAAS operates through its own NBFC, Gromor Finance, registered with the Reserve Bank of India.

How credit risk is managed in co-lending

Live data, not just bureau scores

Each decision uses what the business is doing on its platform now, alongside bureau data. Automated credit rules set eligibility and limits, and pricing follows risk.

Early warnings

Early warning systems run continuously across the portfolio, so stress gets flagged while there's still time to act.

Repayment

Repayments that match how the business earns

  • Daily
  • Seasonal
  • Invoice-linked

Every repayment cycle feeds back into the credit model, so risk is priced more accurately over time.
