Embedded credit for India's MSMEs.
GLAAS lets a marketplace or a payment app offer working capital loans to the small businesses (MSMEs) that sell or transact on it, without becoming a lender.
Banks and NBFCs lend to those same businesses through GLAAS too, so they don't have to set up a tie-up with each platform separately.
How platforms and lenders use GLAAS
Digital platforms
The loan appears inside the platform, under its own brand or co-branded with GLAAS, and the platform keeps its customer relationship. GLAAS does the lending work behind it, from KYC through to collections.

Lenders reach MSME borrowers through the platforms GLAAS is already integrated with, so there's nothing to build or negotiate platform by platform. GLAAS sources and underwrites the borrowers and follows up on repayments. The lender funds its agreed share of each loan.

Is GLAAS an NBFC?
GLAAS is a platform owned and operated by Gromor Finance Private Limited, a non-banking financial company (NBFC) registered with the Reserve Bank of India. Gromor Finance is the regulated lender behind it. Banks and other NBFCs also lend through GLAAS as partners.
Who runs GLAAS
Everyone on the leadership team has more than two decades of experience. Between them they have run MSME and rural lending and built finance platforms.

What is embedded credit?
A loan offered inside something a business already uses, like a marketplace or a payment app, instead of through a separate application at a bank. The business borrows where it already works, and the platform doesn't have to become a lender.
Who lends the money through GLAAS?
Gromor Finance, the NBFC that operates GLAAS, lends from its own balance sheet. Banks and NBFCs also lend through GLAAS as partners, including by co-lending, where a bank or NBFC funds an agreed share of a loan. The platforms themselves don't lend.
Which platforms and lenders work with GLAAS?
Platforms include Meesho, Ninjacart, Shiprocket, Razorpay, Porter, Open, Velocity, Bewakoof, Freight Tiger, Pice and Cashflo. Banks and NBFCs fund the loans as lending partners.
How much has been lent through GLAAS so far?
₹1,500 Cr+ has been disbursed through GLAAS, across 110,000 loans to 13,000+ MSME borrowers. 7 in 10 of those borrowers have taken another loan.
Where is GLAAS located?
In Mumbai, at 1603 & 1604, Parinee I, Shah Industrial Estate, Off Veera Desai Road, Andheri (West), Mumbai – 400053.
